Registration forms can be printed from link below and emailed to above address. Registration forms can also be picked up in the Reception Office at Ward City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
1 Child $50.00
2nd Child (In Same Household) $45.00
3rd Child (In Same Household) $40.00
Late registration will result in a $10.00 additional late fee per child.
